This new facility will be home to programs including Nursing, Surgical Technology, Anesthesia Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Clinical Research, and Occupational Therapy.

Updates

  • Building 8 Demolition is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 11, 2025.
  • Temporary pedestrian walkway construction will begin the week of July 14, 2025.
  • Perimeter fencing for the new Health Sciences Building will be installed starting July 21, 2025, and Parking Lot F will close.
  • Perimeter fencing for the new Life Sciences Building will be installed starting the week of July 28, 2025, and Parking Lot D will close.
  • The temporary pedestrian walkway is scheduled for completion by August 8, 2025. Once finished, the remaining perimeter fencing around the construction zones will be installed.
